Shipping, Handling & Returns
All materials are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only and are not for human or veterinary use. Below are our shipping, handling, international, and returns terms.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Shipping Delays
Void Research is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including:
- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Customs inspections or transit interruptions
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.
Research Material Handling on Delivery
All items ship as laboratory research materials. Lyophilized compounds are shipped at ambient temperature and are stable in transit; upon receipt they should be moved promptly to appropriate laboratory storage (typically refrigerated or frozen, protected from light) by qualified personnel.
- Inspect the outer packaging, vial seals, and labeling immediately on arrival.
- Do not open or reconstitute material outside of a controlled laboratory setting.
- Handle, store, and dispose of all material per your institution's safety protocols and applicable law.
- Responsibility for correct storage and handling passes to the recipient at delivery.
Not for Human or Veterinary Use
Everything Void Research ships is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. Products are not for human or veterinary consumption, administration, or clinical use, and are not drugs, supplements, food, or cosmetics. Accepting delivery confirms the recipient's agreement to use the material for lawful laboratory research only.
International Shipping & Customs
Void Research ships internationally where permitted by law. International orders are subject to the customs, import, and regulatory requirements of the destination country. Customs clearance is not guaranteed.
By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Importer of Record & Legality
- The customer is the importer of record and assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, restrictions, and import requirements of the destination country.
- It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify that the ordered products are legal to import, possess, and use in their jurisdiction. Void Research does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of any product in any specific country.
- All import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, VAT/GST, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customs Actions & Seizures
- Packages may be inspected, delayed, detained, returned, abandoned, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities at their sole discretion. Void Research has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the actions of any customs authority.
- If a package is seized, destroyed, refused, abandoned, or returned by customs — or is held by customs and not delivered — no refund, replacement, or reshipment will be issued. Risk of loss to customs action passes to the customer at the time the order ships.
- Tracking information may stop updating once a package enters another country's postal or customs network. This is normal and outside of our control.
- Void Research will not provide additional documentation, invoices, declarations, or correspondence to assist with customs clearance beyond what is already included with the shipment.
- The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Void Research harmless from any claim, fine, penalty, legal action, or liability arising from the import, possession, or use of products in any jurisdiction.
By completing checkout on an international order, the customer affirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Research Product Return Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research compounds, Void Research does not accept returns on any opened or used products. Once an order has been shipped, all sales are considered final. This policy ensures product integrity, sterility standards, and research compliance.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the received item
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will work with you to correct the problem.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- The outer packaging
- The product container
- The shipping label
Once verified, we will determine the appropriate resolution.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order enters the fulfillment process, it cannot be cancelled or altered.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, compliance, and product integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Lyophilized research compounds
- Liquid research solutions
- Peptide vials or capsules
- Opened laboratory products
- Clearance or promotional items
Research Materials — No Consumer Returns
All products are sold as laboratory research materials for in-vitro use by qualified researchers and are not for human or veterinary use. Because chain-of-custody and sterility cannot be verified once material leaves our facility, opened research materials cannot be returned, resold, or restocked under any circumstance. Refunds or replacements, where offered, are handled as described above and are not conditional on any expectation of personal use.
